1. Corporate Identity
• Legal Entity: PT Wanderlust Creative Adventura is a registered company under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Registered Headquarters: Diponegoro 54, East Java, Indonesia.
• Marketing Office & Meeting Point: Rungkut Asri, Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.

2. Scope of Services
Wanderlust operates two primary business units:
• Wanderlust Journey: A licensed travel bureau (BPW) providing curated gastronomy tours, educational trips, and immersive travel experiences.
• Wanderlust Press: A professional publishing house dedicated to high-quality literary works and research documentation with registered ISBNs.
3. Travel Bookings (Wanderlust Journey)
• Confirmation: A booking is considered valid only after a formal confirmation voucher is issued following a successful payment.
• Standard Meeting Point: Unless specified otherwise in the itinerary, all tours officially commence from our Marketing Office in Surabaya.
• Itinerary Flexibility: Wanderlust reserves the right to adjust schedules or routes due to weather conditions, safety protocols, or force majeure events to ensure the well-being of our guests.
• Guest Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their personal travel documents and must ensure they are in adequate health for the activities provided.
4. Publishing & Orders (Wanderlust Press)
• Product Authenticity: All books sold on this platform are official publications of Wanderlust Press with valid ISBN registrations.
• Shipping: Physical products are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the selected courier service and destination.
• Intellectual Property: Authors retain their moral rights, while Wanderlust Press holds the distribution and publishing rights as agreed upon in separate publishing contracts.
5. Payment Terms
• Secure Processing: All financial transactions are processed through authorized and secure third-party payment gateways.
• Data Security: Wanderlust does not store, hold, or have access to your credit card or sensitive banking information. All data is encrypted and handled directly by the payment processor.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to the "Wanderlust" brand name, logos, research narratives, and photography, is the exclusive property of PT Wanderlust Creative Adventura. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wanderlust shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party service failures (e.g., airlines, hotels, or shipping expeditions) or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that cannot be settled through amicable negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bondowoso, East Java.
