Returns & Refunds policy

At Wanderlust (PT Wanderlust Creative Adventura), we strive to provide the best experience for our readers and travelers. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following policy for refunds and cancellations.

1. Wanderlust Journey (Travel & Tour Services)

Given the nature of travel planning and third-party commitments (hotels, transport, and local guides), the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellations 30 days or more before departure: Full refund of the total amount paid, minus a 10% administrative and bank processing fee.

Cancellations 14 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip price.

Cancellations less than 14 days before departure: Non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

No-Show: If a participant fails to arrive at the designated Surabaya Meeting Point on the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a "No-Show" and is 100% non-refundable.

2. Wanderlust Press (Books & Publishing)

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged book or the wrong title, please contact us at halo@wanderlust.web.id within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a book has been shipped.

ISBN Services: Fees for ISBN registration and publishing consultancy are non-refundable once the process has been initiated with the National Library of Indonesia (Perpusnas).

3. Force Majeure

Wanderlust is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or civil unrest. In such cases:

• We will offer a Reschedule option for your tour at no extra cost (subject to availability).

• If a reschedule is not possible, we will issue a Travel Credit valid for 12 months.

4. Refund Processing

Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or E-wallet).

Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
